Help pick my mother's plan/carrier
My mother wants a smartphone. I have a SGIIX I don't use so I was thinking of giving it to her. It was with Telus - so could she use it with Bell or Telus? And which carrier has the better plan for her? She rarely uses a cellphone for talking but she wants to learn how to text, so unlimited...
