Just got word that Bell will be making some changes which basically bring them in line with Rogers and TELUS: On Aug 9th they will be eliminating 3 year upgrades so if you're an existing customer on a non 2-year plan and wish to upgrade you'll be forced to choose a 2 year plan (visa-vie you'll...
