Default Lac-Mégantic rail disaster company MM&A awaits bankruptcy ruling

A Quebec Superior Court judge will rule this morning whether to grant bankruptcy protection to Montreal, Maine and Atlantic, the company at the centre of the deadly train derailment in Lac-Megantic.
