Default Can cyberbullying laws really work?

In the wake of the Rehteah Parsons' tragedy, Nova Scotia enacted a new cyberbullying law aimed at protecting future victims and holding online bullies, and even their parents, responsible. But legal and social welfare experts question whether this is enough.
