So! Called Bell to see whats the unlocking policy for IPHONE. PAY OFF Full Amount owing or complete term as this is an APPLE POLICY!! no not Bell but APPLE!! Even if you are still in contract just by paying the amount owing on the device does not end your contract it continues! so...
