FS: 1990 Honda Civic DX Hatchback, not running ( Calgary ) $600.00

I have for sale a 1990 civic with low kilometres that does not run. The reason it does not run is the exhaust valves were broken/bent. Everything else works perfectly. The guy I bought it from told me
