Bell Blackberry 6GB data on LTE SIM in a BELL iPhone 4S

I have blackberry 6GB data plan and yesterday only I got a Bell iPhone 4S second hand. I cut my SIM card to a micro sim and put the sim in my 4S and my VOICE, call features, texting etc. work, even displaying the 3G icon. However, I cannot use data on the phone. It shows a message - "Could not...
