Koodo Phones on Bell
Looking for a (REALLY) cheap upgrade phone for my wife, and I see that Walmart has an LG Optimus L3 on Koodo (prepaid phone) for $48. Question is - will this work on Bell's network, or do I need to unlock it first? If I DO unlock it, is it even compatible for voice and data? I will be dropping...
