Default How to enable Local Scout in Canada
If you have a new Windows Mobile based phone in Canada such as the Lumia 900, you might be missing out on Local Scout. I was wondering where the heck it was until i found this: http://dexxansoft.blogspot.ca/2011/1...in-canada.html
