iphone 4 (verizon) account suspended, esn backlisted. can i use on another service?
Hi I purchased an iphone on craigs list and it has a bad meid, due to non payment so verizon wont activate it. I heard the phone can be reflashed to PCS. Hoerver I ran the MEID in the checkesnfree tool and it says invalid . Stolen phone and NCIC searches come back clean. So how would that be...
