Default Valcourt reaches out to First Nations leaders on education plan
Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt has written an open letter urging aboriginal leaders to reconsider a draft education bill that would put more control in the hands of First Nations themselves, as it tries to salvage a plan that has been under siege from chiefs across the country.
