Default Rick Hillier calls for public inquiry in wake of soldier suicides
Former chief of defence staff Rick Hillier is worried more soldiers battling mental health illnesses may take their own lives this holiday season, and he is calling for a board of inquiry or Royal Commission in the wake of the recent four apparent suicides by serving Canadian Forces members.
