Got a Sony Xperia device? might wanna check if it'll be updated.

http://www.technobuffalo.com/compani...droid-4-0-ics/ Seems only certain Xperia devices will be updated and others left out in the cold. The Xperia Play for example will NOT get updated. Sad for those who bought it.
