Default Canada condemns 'cowardly act of terrorism' in Russia
Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird described a bombing in southern Russia as a “heinous crime” and a “cowardly act of terrorism” after a suicide attacker set off a bomb at a busy train station, killing at least 16 people.
