American car, bought as certified used at Stadium Nissan on January 2009 with 29000 miles. Only driven 16000 miles in over 3 years. Perfect conditions body and mechanical. No accidents. Almost new tires. Clean inside. No pets, no kids. Never off-road. Front glass has a cut that doesn't obstruct the view. Replacement costs $260. I don't replace it unless the buyer wants to, because the first time I drive on Deerfoot it will break again, never had a car with an integer front glass for over a week. Vehicle will be sold with Pre-Purchase Inspection done at Stadium Nissan. Balance of factory warranty is about one year and/or 30000kms.
