iphone 4 and powermat now dropping calls and dead network

Have been using an Iphone 4 with verizon. Everything works fine for 2 months...Then after 1 week of use with powermat suddenly no network connectivity...Complete resets and restores had no affect or change. Still no phone service. Switched to another phone all works well. Then back to iphone 4....
