The property is located just five minutes from the town of Nakusp in a beautiful area in the West Kootenays renowned for its many hot springs, lakes, and scenic mountain vistas.
West of the house is a fenced pasture and old orchard with apple, plum, and cherry trees. The eastern part is mostly wooded with a pond and access to a large network of hiking and cross country ski trails.
