Default Sexual Orientation Is No Basis for Jury Exclusion, a Federal Appeals Court Rules
In a unanimous three-judge panel, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that a lawyer could not exclude potential jurors simply based on their sexual orientation.
