Fab 5 Promo + $5 Call Display & Message Center

I noticed that Bell now has a Local Fab 5 plan for $27.50. Was wondering if anybody knew if the Fab 10 $5 Message Center and Message Center is compatible or not since it's not technically speaking Fab 10...
