SGH-A667 died, want to replace with Samsung C414

Hi. My Samsung "Evergreen" recently died (I think it has to do with the keyboard slider -- not sure). I'm looking for a quick replacement phone and saw a Samsung C414 on sale at the local grocery store. Since it's being sold as a "Telus" phone, can I just purchase it, insert my Telus SIM card and...
