Bell Who's the legal owner of the phone after you sign the contract ?

I looked over and over my old contract papers and have not seen a single sentence that says I cannot sell or keep my phone if I transfer responsibility. It doesn't say anywhere that they can basically hold a lien on my phone even if I didn't commit the act. Nor does it say that it's bells property...
