Huawei E586 Wireless Access Point Not Working On Rogers

I'm looking for help to set up a Huawei E586 I purchased from AliExpress. It was originally from Europe, but when I look up the information, it looks like it is capable of the Rogers bands: UMTS 900/2100 MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz I've attached a screenshot of the configuration...
