Default Afghan mission: Canada's last commander on a 'proud moment'
Maj.-Gen. Dean J. Milner, the last commander of Canadian forces in Afghanistan, arrived home Tuesday along with the last 93 soldiers from Canada's 12-year mission. And, he tells CBC's Hannah Thibedeau, he believes in Afghanistan's future.
