Does "voicemail to text" work on Windows Phones (like the Lumia 920)?

I have voicemail disabled on my phone, since I use forwarding. But after seeing the voicemail to text functionality on my wife's iPhone, and also on my kids' Fido phones, I'm wondering if that functionality exists and works with Windpws Phones (specifically the Lumia 920 WP8 devices).
