Renegotiating mid contract

I have been a rogers customer for over 10 years. I now have the $70 unlimited Canada plan with 6 gigs. I signed a 3 year contract in 2012 when I purchased the iphone 5. Is there anyway to renegotiate the contract in the middle of the term? Also, does the crtc changes to contracts impact...
