The web site has been changed and the people from dslreports forum called CSR and they confirmed it. Link (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r291...ebsite-refresh) Rogers CSRs said no plan changes in the short term, but knowing our big 3, I can wager a bet that if bell does this, rogers...
