Apple or bright house problem ..??

So I downloaded the bright house app to test their streaming svc to my iPhone and I get this message when I open the app... Image: http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/h...x/1b302a9d.jpg Is his total bs or what..?? Who is at fault for this idiotic block ..?? I called bright house...
