Default World Briefing: Ukraine Seeks Inquiry Into Killings
Ukraine has asked the International Criminal Court to investigate the deaths of civilians on its territory that occurred from Nov. 21, 2013, to Feb. 22, covering the period when more than 100 people were killed during antigovernment protests.
