Lame that TELUS charges for incoming SMS while Roaming

Just putting it out there; charging for something which one cannot avoid (unless the service is blocked, or phone never powered on while roaming) is lame. They don't even offer any options now for International roaming now that they have their "Great new rates". I'd be curious to know if the...
