commuting to Michigan daily for work

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster. I've got a Bell contract current. I've recently started commuting daily from Windsor into Detroit for work. I can make calls for free in SE Michigan but the lack of data is killing me. I'm wondering if there are any better options than the $20 -...
