Calls going straight to voicemail in GTA and Vaughan

Hi everyone, was just wondering if other Telus HSPA users (NOT LTE) in the GTA and Vaughan areas are experiencing missed calls/calls going straight to voicemail? My dad has an iPhone 5 with Telus (LTE disabled) and over the past month, a few of us noticed that when we call him, the first attempt...
