Default U.S. move on coal emissions not a free ride for Canada

In what's being billed as one of the most ambitious steps in the addressing climate change in US history, the EPA today announced it is choking off carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants. Love it or hate it, the move sends a message to other countries that claim an interest in climate change.
