Cheapest possible data plan (Galaxy S III)

Just wondering. I presently have the $17 voice plan, and the call display/voicemail, etc. package. What is the cheapest possible data plan I can get, including through retention? Or with other carriers that will carry the device if you happen to know. I think I'd be a light user, at least for...
