How do I give positive feedback about a Client Care member without a survey?

My free callerid wore off. It automatically flipped to pay (btw, $15.47, so I am guessing it was 2 months worth). I called in to get callerid removed from my account and without being asked, the client care member credited my account, gave me a year of callerid free and my contract, which...
