Default Film, TV industry say foreign worker changes hurting shoots in Canada
Representatives for Canada's film and TV industry are meeting with federal officials in Vancouver today to discuss recent changes to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program which they say have lumped them into the same category as employers who hire foreign low-skilled workers in the fast-food industry.
