Confirm/deny: Does HD Voice work between Telus and Rogers/Fido?

I have seen that it between the different flavors on the shared Telus/Bell network, but nothing about working with Rogers/Fido (or even Wind). To date, though I have owned several HD Voice compatible phones, I don't think I've ever heard a call with it enabled. Currently have a Nexus 5,...
