Default Caribbean Carnival stabbing: 14-year-old charged, victim in serious condition
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder and weapons offences in the stabbing Saturday of a 19-year-old man along the Caribbean Carnival parade route in Toronto. The victim is now in serious condition.
