Default NDP satellite offices broke House rules, Commons board concludes
The all-party Board of Internal Economy that oversees House spending has concluded the NDP broke House of Commons rules when it used parliamentary money to staff satellite offices in Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto. Kady O'Malley has the details.
