Default Consumer alert, Ottawa hoping to close price gap with U.S.— somehow: Chris Hall
The federal government will introduce legislation in the fall intended to narrow the consumer price gap between Canada and the U.S. It's probably good retail politics — but many are wondering how they can possibly do it.
