Default Dog owners in New Brunswick could be fined, jailed for overnight dog tethering
New Brunswick government and SPCA officials are meeting on Thursday to discuss educating the public about a new night ban on outdoor dog tethering that carries fines of up to $200,000 and possible jail sentence of up to 18 months.
