Just a question about Rogers GSM and compatibility.

I just have a quick question about some compatibility, and couldn't find an exact answer elsewhere. I know that rogers operates on 850/1900mhz frequencies, and 700mhz for lte (don't think I have LTE where I live), but my question is, how good would a phone running on cdma frequencies work? I know...
