What's the most powerful "tablet" for Bellus?

Was looking to get a mobile internet stick from Bell but discovered that I'd get charged $45 for up to 2GB (http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Cell_pho.../Flex_plan.tab) on Flex rates for it, whereas up to 5GB on a tablet is $40...
