taking over a Telus contract

I have a factory unlocked iPhone 4S on Fido right now, no contract. I want to switch to Telus, for better reception at work - I work in a hospital in Edmonton, and Fido/Rogers just doesn't have reception there. Telus and Bell do. I live in Edmonton, but I would like to get one of the Telus...
