Default Russian Diplomat’s Speech Depicts the West as Hypocritical
Foreign Minister Sergey V. Lavrov, addressing the United Nations General Assembly, described the world’s acute conflict zones in near polar opposite terms from the way the United States and Western European leaders have framed them.
