telusmobility.com/snap Sometimes photo messages won't download on my HTC Desire unless I reboot it first. Then it won't let me to try to redownload it. So you’re supposed to be able to go to the site above to login manually and get them, and it used to work fine. BUT NOW it seems to be down more...
