bell questions about my grandfather corp plan with UMB

I'm month to month on my canadian tire EPP plan with UMB, I transferred my plan from my HTC touch to a nano sim and have been using a iPhone successfully on HSPA for 2 year-ish. :D anyway my phone died and then i misplaced it (hopefully il find it if not il be buying a new unlocked one) how...
