Default Ghulam Azam, Party Leader Jailed in Bangladesh War Crime, Dies at 91
A former chief of the Jamaat-e-Islami Party, Mr. Azam’s imprisonment on war crimes charges linked to the 1971 Bangladesh war of independence from Pakistan set off violent protests last year.
