Price for the Samsung Note4? and getting scam by Rogers authorize store Richmond BC.

So when the Note 4 came I reverse mine at the Richmond center Rogers BC. When is time for pick up I call Rogers to see how much it would cause. The rep on the other end said it cost $749.99 + tax full price. I went to the store for the pick but the store manager told me it is $800 + tax cash only....
