LTE in Montreal / iPad

I just transferred to Bell to get that sweet Fab10 / 6GB plan. Everything went smoothly but my iPad isn't connecting to the LTE network (the new iPad). i only transferred over an hour ago. Is there a delay in provisioning LTE? I'm using data sharing for $10 from my iPhone 4S. If it means...
