just unlocked iphone 5 for $50, where do I find APN settings?

I'm travelling south next week so paid the $50 fee to unlock my Bell iphone 5. iTunes reported that it was unlocked. I was thinking of using Roam Mobility, but it says that you need change the APN settings: iOS (iPhone) - Insert the Roam SIM in to phone - Select Settings - Select Cellular...
